🌀 About Me
Tango found me over two decades ago, while I was immersed in Italian culinary traditions in Umbria. Since then, it has become a way of life — a ritual, a rhythm, and a refuge. Though I prefer to dance, I’ve developed a distinctive, emotionally attuned style of DJing that invites dancers into a curated journey — tanda by tanda, ronda by ronda.
Since then cooking and tango have played an important role in my life.
I began DJing seriously only after 15 years ofdancing and after years of musical exploration and community building. I was one of the architects of the tango scene in Dubai, where I hosted the beloved Asado Milonga for 3–4 years — a gathering that no longer exists, but lives on in memory.
I also founded and curated five editions of the Limassol Souvlaki Tango Marathon, a 100% eco-conscious event whose entire earnings were donated to charities — a rare model of generosity and sustainability in the ‘commercialized and monetized’ tango world.
🎶 Musical Philosophy
My sets are rooted in the Golden Age of tango, with a particular devotion to Rodolfo Biagi and Aníbal Troilo. I avoid modern Orquestas, except occasionally in milonga or vals tandas, where rhythmic clarity allows for playful variation without compromising the soul of the music. I may also weave in an alternative tanda if the pista is ready — for me, the true soul of tango lives in the crackling textures of Guardia Vieja and the expressive phrasing of the Época de Oro. That’s where the music breathes, confesses, and remembers.
I build each tanda in response to the mood of the pista — adapting seamlessly to milonga, marathon, or encuentro formats. I strive to balance rhythmic and melodic tandas, maintain historical continuity (no more than a 5-year gap between tracks), and anchor each hour with one of the Big Four orchestras.

💬 Testimonials & Emotional Resonance
“Best DJ of the festival.” “Best milonga I’ve ever attended.” “Your waltz selections, just like last year, are like living movies.”
These were just a few of the heartfelt compliments I received after my set at Cyprus Tango Meeting 2025. For me, DJing is not just about music — it’s about crafting emotional arcs, honouring lineage, and creating spaces where dancers feel seen, moved, and remembered.
“Your DJing was absolutely great and impressive. Many friends told me they loved your music. Thank you for sharing such good music with us. Please let me know your schedule for next year as well.” & "I sincerely believe that inviting you was one of the best decisions I made— Organizer feedback from a recent international event
🤝 Collaboration & Invitations
I DJ only for events I genuinely connect with — those I’d love to attend and support. My DJ fee is ONE EURO (because nothing free is appreciated); I simply value being welcomed as a guest with:
A full event pass for myself and my partner
Travel and accommodation support, offered at the organizers’ discretion
In my own words “I do not call myself a professional ‘Tango DJ’ — but after 20 years, I know my music, and I feel my audience. And they reciprocate. I don’t speak Spanish, which is a disadvantage, but I study the lyrics and meaning of each tango to place it with care.”
Looking forward to making you dance — with clarity, soul, and legacy in every tanda.
